God is so amazing, he will never give us more than we can handle…. today was a perfect example.
- Things started out smooth as far as setup goes, but then it was like “all hell broke loose”.
- We have never had so many bad XLR cables in one building at one time like we had today. We spent more time re-running cables than it too to run them originally.
- No one panicked and just kept pushing through, it was all completed and up and running at zero hour.
- We have some of the most AMAZING volunteers at OLC that you will ever know. Yeah Yeah Yeah I say that all the time but unless you have served with them, then I need to keep telling you.
- Service attendance seemed on the light side today, I really hope that it was because of the time change and not the fact that it was the final Redemption offering.
- Anytime a church talks about money, people decide to take a few weeks off. But it is something God talked about in the Bible so we should and will talk about it in church.
- Unleash is this week and I am SUPER STOKED about it. Many new people are going and my best friend in the entire world is coming up from Newnan to go with us.
- Speaking of that guy, I have never been more proud of anyone as I am of him. He went through some really troubled times and was on the wrong path till God stepped in. Now he is a youth pastor. I love ya bro !
- I have to agree with Michael, why can’t we just pick a time and stick with it. Changing the clocks is the most ridiculous thing we have ever done.
So having said all that and the fact that the time change has screwed me over BIG TIME, I am headed to bed early tonight.
