Well that says it all! I am ready to go to OLC and serve God in the morning. I can’t explain it but I have a really hard time getting up to go to work, but when 3:30am rolls around on Sunday morning, I am READY to go ! It’s a God thing! I hope that God puts in your heart a desire to serve Him. I am gonna go upstairs a little earlier tonight: 1. because time changes, and 2. to allow some additional prayer time for the final day of Redemption. I love you guys and will post more later.

Great Weekend
03.02
So I am a little late in updating but here is the weekend recap.
- Got to chill at home all day Saturday, we gave the kids early birthday presents (Jada got new iPod and Tritt got his iPhone)
- Church was off the chain Sunday morning.
- Hung out and ate with the OLC crew at Johnny’s Pizza after church
- Set up at the HOR Sunday evening for the Prayer Service. If you were not there, then I am sorry. It was one of the best things I have ever attended. We set up ALL the intels and really put on a good show during the worship set. The band actually had a call for an encore!
God is doing some amazing things, and I feel he has only just begun. We are building up to the last day of the Redemption project and are participating in a 7 day fast. So until next Monday, I will not be partaking of any meat products.
Saturday Slowdown
01.31
Yep I have a theme for Saturday too. HAHA.
Today is the day that I usually get to kick back and really do nothing, but not today. Operation GET CRUNK kicks off in just a couple of hours and it is going to be insanely busy. We have been talking all kinds of crap about this trying to keep people guessing. Creating BUZZ is what it is all about. Speaking of BUZZ check out my dear friend April Wallace’s magazine, Bartow Buzz. We are truely blessed to have friends like the Wallace’s. They are wonderful people. Even if she is from Alabama… haha.
Okay now to my thoughts today.
We all need to take the time and SLOW DOWN. In the fast pace life that we lead we do not take the time to listen. If we slow down we can hear what God is telling us, we can hear what our spouse is telling us, we can hear what our children are telling us, and what our bodies are telling us. If our lives are wide open all the time with no quite down time, we will not hear what God wants us to do with our life. He will not always speak to us in thunderous tones, but may have been whispering to us for a while and we are just too busy to have heard him. What has God been trying to tell you? Can you honestly say that you have taken the time to spend with Him in His word? It is sad to say but I will admit that I do not spend time with God like a should. Sometimes I will spend the late hours of the night to read my Bible or pray. Kind of making God an after thought. When what I should be doing is waking up FIRST THING in the morning and grabbing my Bible and spending time with God before I do anything else, putting Him FIRST.
When do you give God your time?
